I'M COLLEEN

We have more tech and more knowledge than ever before yet we're sicker than ever before.

The truth is, the fitness and food industries are exactly that....industries, driven by money. New equipment, new supplements, new fads marketed to women to brainwash us into believing we need this "next great thing". 

I've been intertwined in these industries since 2000 as an athlete then strength coach and fascia & mobility instructor. From the millions of words of research I've read and 1000's of hours of continuing education, one thing is clear above all else....

...we must simplify. And be in nature.
