Functional Fitness, agility and mobility, and rucking are parts of their programming, while they dedicate class time to discussions about morality, character discipline and intentional living.

I can confidently say these men are practicing what they preach. You will too after listening!

I am so grateful to know and speak with Honor Bound Fit about why we need honest, loving, no-bullshit coaches in the movement and wellness space. We are indeed in a 'comfort crisis' as they reference in the show by Michael Easter. We talk about how it's not cool to be a "sexy asshole" or a "sexy coward" because you're probably a liability to yourself and the people around you, not an asset. We need more well-rounded men and women in our communities who will stand up to do the right thing, be strong enough to save a life, and overcome obstacles that benefit the community, not just themselves.

These guys are truly leading the way through action, purpose, accountability, and character development. Not to mention teaching real life knowledge like teach first-aid and lifesaving skills, conflict resolution, and self-defense techniques through the whole person approach. 

Part of what drives them so hard is their life in the military and out in the civilian world where they experienced the gaps in support systems. Unfortunately, they've lost too many brothers to this. Part of their mission is raising awareness and funds for veteran-focused non-profits. They have a fundraiser coming up on 12/22 for veteran suicide and raise money and support for Hero’s Bridge, a local non-profit in Manassas,VA. Click here for event details.
